I HAVE WINDOWS VISTA ULTIMATE BUT I WANT TO TEST OUT MAC SNOW LEOPARD OS X BUT MY PROBLEM IS I DOWNLOADED THE .DMG IMAGE FILE THAT TAKES 4 WEEKS TO COMPLETE ITS DOWNLOAD AND ITS FILE SIZE IS APPROX 7 GB AFTER DOWNLOAD I CONVERTED THAT FILE FROM .DMG TO .ISO THEN I TESTED THAT IMAGE VIA VIRTUAL BOX PC IT SAYS THAT NO BOOT DEVICE IS DETECTED, I BOOTED FROM CD IN THE BIOS.
NOW I UNDERSTAND WHATS THE PROBLEM WHEN I SEARCH FOR THIS PROBLEM ON THE INTERNET, SO THAT THE IMAGE FILE I HAVE NOT FOR THE PC IT IS ONLY FOR MAC PC.

I FOUND ANOTHER IMAGE FILE THAT HAVE FOR NORMAL PC. BUT I DON’T WANT TO DOWNLOAD THAT FILE BCOZ IT TAKES SEVERAL WEEKS OR MONTHS TO DOWNLOAD BCOZ MY NET SPEED IS VERY SLOW.

SO PLEASE USERS IS THESE ANY METHOD SO I WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE DVD IMAGE THAT I HAVE SO IT WILL WORK ON MY PC TO INSTALL MAC OS X.

PLEASE HELP ME…

In Microsoft entourage. It connects to my POP server and receives mail fine – it just never sends them. It says the server is “overloaded” (when it’s not). i have tested sending mail on my other macs in entourage, and with the same settings – they send fine.

I was away and let my family use the computer – i feel like something happened OUTSIDE of entourage which is causing this issue.

I can assure you this has nothing to do with my server – like i said, i can send and receive mail fine on other mac’s.

Any ideas here?

i just upgraded my 13inch macbook pro to 4gb ram. before the upgrade, i noticed the firefox took like 5 seconds to open up, when i open firefox, it still takes that long… the macbook reads the 4gb ram however.

is there a way to test if my ram is working correctly, or a way to optimize my mac to run faster?

I’ve be doing some reading and found that you only need a code for the multiplayer beta and you can play single player against a computer or (possibly) play 3 given test missions but i cant find where to download the mac client (or windows for that matter) on battle.net so does any on know where i can get the mac version your help would be appreciated ty =)

(please be very detailed if you can or a link to a video would be nice too)
