i bought 2 ibook g3s as is on e-bay and they had no os on them they were wiped clean on is 500/128/10 and the other i put a 512 ram card in will these disks work to get my ibooks up and running? i boot them on now and all that comes up is a folder with a blinking ? grrr this is drivin me crazy

Enter in BIOS and put the cd first in the boot order and the hard disk second.
On a G3 install Mac OS X (version 10.0.3) and later add iMovie 2 ( for Mac OS X). The iBook Software Install (version 2.1) will work only if the programs inside it were specifically designed for your model.
