Try edutest.com.au – It has about 20 questions of different subjects, mm i cant really remember what they were but it was mathematics, verbal reasoning and some other ones. I’m not sure if you have to pay for those though.
Also, what i do in my spare time is just revise over what you have learnt in class, they might have some questions about it in the test, also, if you have a maths text book that is, you can just teach yourself new things from the book or just revise if you have already learnt it. Do some exercises and if you dont get something – Ask your parents or an older sibling. Of course this is refering to maths.
For english .. I would say just practice writing essays, structure of them etc.
