I’m running Mac OS X 10.6 and my internet speeds are really slow, but when I run a speed test (speedtest.net) my results are high (20Mbps down). How do I fix this?
how about working with your pc. connections also are being affected by pc’s condition, so i would suggest cleaning up your machine, do some virus scan, disk clean up, and defrag your drives atleast twice a week. always clear your cache and cookies and free more spacies in your system. if still you have same problem, maybe time to upgrade some of your hardwares.
If you look around the Internet, you’ll find that most … I have a Mac Mini with OSX 10.6, time capsule and and a recently acquired DNS-323. … I don’t know what speed this equates to, but it seems really slow to me
hi,
i reckon the 20Mbps what u said was the Advertised speed , not the actual speed. Check your average browsing speed ( ) if it is too low then contact your tech support team to verify the line speed, by that way they can clearly decipher and pin point the problem
You just ran a speed test – get out of here!

You should use a registry cleaner to optimize the speed of your computer.
