Samuel J asked:
I have an interview at a local Apple store. I am interviewing for a job as a mac specialist. can anybody tell me what I should wear, and give me an idea of what happens during the interview. What kind of questions will i be asked to answer, and Do i have to take a test? Thanks
dont remember what they asked me but you should definitely wear slacks a nice shirt an a tie.
You should wear khaki pants and a dark blue polo shirt.
You better know you **** about all macs! know about the new stuff and know about the old stuff! Yeah dress in black slacks or something like that and a bussiness shirt and tie!
they all dress pretty trendy/casual there. for an interview you should dress nicer, but i don’t think a suit would be necessary; nice slacks and a nice shirt should do it. (fashionable). i’m sure they will ask you what you know about Macs!
Look enthusiastic about Macs, fresh, creative– in touch with cutting edge technology but simplified with a clear grasp of the end-user perspective of it. Be wowed by the “visual” and the “feel”– not by numbers and symbols. Whatever you do DON’T look like a convoluted PC engineer who impresses himself but everyone else only sees his pocket protector.

Nix the tie suggested above. The sight of a Mac user in a tie is surreal, if not an oxymoron.
