Here’s some background knowledge:
I’m a member of my school’s television broadcasting crew (I’m pretty sure we have the BEST and MOST EXPENSIVE school studio in the Midwest so ha!)
But anyways, we use Final Cut Pro to edit segments. I’m installing a Mac OS on my PC in a couple days (yes, it’s a possible through an emulater) and installing FCP.
This way, I’ll be able to edit my segments at school and at home.
When I edit my video at home, in order to access my edited footage (file) at school I have to upload it to the internet. I use a site called “ANGEL” which our school “hosts.” When I upload, and later access my footage (which I’ve already tested, of course) it is of lesser quality. Sure, it’s all there; but it’s just poorer quality.
Is there anyway I can upload high quality videos on the internet? So when I download them, they’ll be near equal quality of the original footage?
Just try other video editing programs, source bellow.
why not get a portable hard drive as they are cheap now, you can carry it back and forth.
Question here is your software cutting it down to upload, or is it the site crunching it, and lastly, maybe its your schools stuff that makes it look lower Quality. you can test all those possibility’s easy enough.
