I would like to become an apple certified technician, but I’m not sure exactly where to start. I’ve read all the jazz on the website, and I know about the technician training software. i just went through all this just got my ACDT ACPT ACHDS and ACTC so i can tell you buying the technician training info for the online training is a great way to get the desktop and portable certs. if you work hard and study you can get them dont in 6 months without a problem. after studying go to a prometric testing site in your area.
go there to schedual the tests.
if you want to move on to bigger and better certifications the classes they offer randomly in different major cities are worth the money. i am just about to take one in toronto again and they get you ready for the test and work with you so you get the most out of it.
