No, no no. It will not. You need to have marijuana in your system to test positive for it and that sandwich just won’t do it. I do drug testing and know.

The only food I know that you need to worry about is poppy seed.
Whoever told you this is very misinformed. The big mac has sesame seeds on the top and those are dried tomato seeds. There is no marijuana present in any fast food from any company. You need to smoke marijuana in order to get it into your system. And, the answerer who said you need to stay away from poppy seeds is also wrong. Poppy seeds, if enough is injested in a food, can give you a positive test result for opiates, not marijuana.
