		<description>You did a good job of writing up your question.  I assume that you went through the steps to uninstall.  The problem you are seeing suggests that some CandyBar files are still on your machine.  Try searching for them and remove them individually.  Then restart and see if the problem persists.  If so, you might try posting your question on one of the Apple support forums to see if others have experienced the same.
