Well the way it is looking, it won’t be McGill! He’s claiming to be planning surgery for his ‘injuries’ soon, but on the other hand CA say they’ve not been told anything about it. He will not be considered I don’t think, as he’s back to his old arrogant tricks again with all & sundry. The sooner he goes, the better for us all.
I bet on Macgil. am sure he will play if he is fit in time because he is a quality bowler. Macgil was bowling head to head with Warne in the 2004 SL Aus series.
Besides in test matches a captain would love to have a legspinner rather than a left arm chinammon bowler.
My personal opinion
Hogg is the best he dose not have a injury and Macgill is to old and fragile he is a dud he got a wicket against SRILANKA but it was actually a no ball and the umpire called it a no ball.
MacGill is injured, so Hogg’ll probably play. I don’t think they’ll play 4 quicks. But I don’t think Hoggy turns it enough to worry the Indians. I predict they’ll murder him, but the quicks will win the game for Oz.
Apparently Mac Gill is going in for knee surgery so I don’t think he will play, I much prefer if Hogg was to play but I think they will go in with four quicks.
I dont think Macgill will play he is so unfit, i think the Aussies will go into the boxing Day test match with 4 quicks
Brett Lee
Mitchell Johnson
Staurt Clark
Shaun Tait
Brad Hogg may get the 12th man spot
If McGill was fully fit he’d have to get it but he is struggling with injury so they will have to look elsewhere.

Brad Hogg definetly.
Cheers.
Brad Hogg will be the best option against india bcz he can bat a little bit…but Mac Gill can not bat well…

CHEERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if macgill is fit then he plays
Doesn’t matter who plays. He’ll be smashed to all parts of the ground just like Warnie was, whenever he played India
Brad Hogg, cus Mac Gill is out of form now a days, his recent performance against Srilanka was’nt impressive.

MacGill is out of contention for the next test because he is undergoing a knee opperation
BRADD HOGG WILL BE BETTER.BUT DONT WORRY DEAR ITS AUSSIES EVEN IF MAC GILL PLAYS HE’LL ALSO PERFORM THEN.
